Shipping Info
General Information:
Order Processing: All orders placed Monday through Thursday after 12 p.m. E.S.T. will be processed the following day. All orders placed on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following Monday. Note that the Play Service is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays. Orders valued over $200 must be sent via a UPS or FedEx shipper service, to ensure secure delivery.
Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed when orders leave our warehouse for UPS and FedEx shipments only. If you have received a tracking number by email and would like to check the status of your shipment, please visit our Shipment Tracking page. Otherwise, please contact Customer Service at dpsinfo@broadwaylicensing.com.
Out-of-Stock: If your order consists of a request for multiple items, one or more of which is out of stock, there will be a notice on the enclosed packing slip of the out-of-stock items. Out-of-stock items will not be placed on backorder.
Orders over 100 lbs. will not return rates in our website shipping application. Please contact Customer Service at dpsinfo@broadwaylicensing.com for orders over 100 lbs.

Shipping:
Dramatists Play Service does not have flat rates for shipping. Costs are based on weight and delivery address.
United States Postal Service (USPS) Domestic Only
USPS First Class: Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they are processed and should arrive 7-10 days later.
USPS Priority: Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they are processed and should arrive 3-5 days later.
USPS Express: Orders shipped the day after they are processed and should arrive 2 business days later.
United Parcel Service (UPS) Domestic Only
UPS Ground: Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they are processed and should arrive 5-7 business days later.
UPS 3-Day Select: Orders are shipped 1 business day after they are processed and should arrive 3 business days later.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders are shipped 1 business day after they are processed and should arrive 2 business days later.
UPS Next Day Air: Orders are shipped 1 business day after they are processed and should arrive the next business day.
UPS Standard to Canada: Orders are shipped 1-2 business days after they are processed. Delivery time is dependent upon location and customs processing. All duties and brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Federal Express (FedEx) Domestic Only
FedEx 2-Day: Orders are shipped 1 business day after they are processed and should arrive 2 business days later.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Orders are shipped 1 business day after they are processed and should arrive by 4 p.m. the following business day.
FedEx Priority Overnight: Orders are shipped 1 business day after they are processed and should arrive by 10:30 a.m. the following business day.

Please allow extra delivery time due to customs clearance. All duties and brokerage fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
