PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Complete sets of scores are required for production for all of our musicals. If you are granted a license to perform one of our musicals, the complete set of the score will automatically be added to your license invoice.

Scores are shipped 8 weeks in advance of your opening date, assuming receipt of the applicable rental fees, a refundable deposit, plus shipping and handling costs. No scores will be shipped until we are in receipt of payment for these fees.

Scores must be returned in satisfactory condition no more than 21 days after your closing date. Failure to return the complete set within 21 days will result in forfeit of your deposit.

Fees for damaged and/or lost scores will be deducted from your refund up to the full amount of the deposit. Damage includes excessive cleaning of the materials, markings, tears, stains, missing pages, or any other condition that renders the scores unusable.

Perusal score rentals are also available. Further information, including terms and conditions, can be found at the bottom of the shows title page.
